* Pre-Natal: these classes (Gentle, Restorative, Therapeutic) are perfect for you if you are pregnant or
    wanting to become pregnant.

Class Descriptions

Hatha/Iyengar Yoga:  Basic yoga poses sitting and standing with the use of props.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga:  A more moving practice that is warming and cleansing.  We flow from one one pose to the next with deep breathing.

Meditation:  Come sit, breathe and focus you mind's attention to relax and clear your mind.

Introduction to Yoga Poses:   Beginner's class to start to learn yoga poses and their names and how to practice them.

Chair Yoga: Yoga without needing to sit on the floor. For worker on lunch hour or seniors. Standing and sitting stretches, balance and relaxation with breathing.

Gentle Yoga:   Like hatha yoga but slower and gentler.

Combo Class:   This class focuses on toning specific muscles.

Combo and Ball:  This class focuses on toning specific muscles with the use of an exercise ball.

Lunchtime Yoga:  Stretch, breathe, relax in both standing and sitting poses; chairs available.

Kids Yoga: Kids have fun in a playful setting learning yoga poses, healthy exercises and relaxation.  (Drop them off and go have lunch!)

Restorative Yoga:  A peaceful class for anxiety release, lowering blood pressure and easing digestive discomforts and asthma. 

Therapeutics:  This class focuses on you and the areas of your body that are in recovery from surgery, injury or just arthritic. 

Mixed practice: This class offers some of everything.

** Bring your own equipment to class if you have it.  Chairs are always available.
