SALSA (FOR THE DAY) 3 CUPS

4 large ripe tomatoes chopped or diced
1 large red or sweet onion finely chopped
1 small bunch cilantro minced
Juice of 2-3 limes, depending on your taste
Salt & pepper
2 garlic cloves minced
1 jalapeno or other pepper diced
Hot pepper sauce, optional

---Combine all ingredients together in a bowl let set to let flavors blend.
Eat up in a day or two! vIf you like sweet salsa use sweet onions & sweet peppers.
If you like hot salsa use red onion & hot peppers.
