BALANCING TEA

 

1/4 tsp. cumin seeds
3/4 tsp. fennel seeds
3/4 tsp coriander seeds
fresh grated ginger
peppermint flakes
cinnamon to taste
honey to taste

Mix all of the ingredients together in a saucepan and steep.

Pour through a wire colander/strainer into cup or pot to serve
OR place all of the ingredients in the basket of a coffee maker, with filter,
and run through your coffee pot.
