BASIL PESTO SAUCE 2/3 CUP

 

In a food processor, blend:

1 clove garlic

cup pinenuts

6 TBSP. basil leaves

1/3 cup parmesan or romano

(can use fake "Lite N Less")

5 TBSP. olive oil

Salt & pepper

Make sure to stop & scrape down sides and continue blending

until all ingredients are completely blended.
