large yellow pepper julienned

TBSP. lemon juice (or 2 lemons)

cup extra virgin olive oil
salt &
pepper
Mix
all of this into a bowl. Transfer to a clear bowl. Repeat layering
in this
clear bowl with some lemon juices & some extra virgin
olive oil or
if you prefer pour amongst the layers already mixed
together:

TBSP. orange juice

TBSP. grapefruit juice

TBSP. raspberry wine vinegar
Spread
into a thin layer layering:

large red pepper julienned

large orange pepper julienned

radishes thinly sliced

medium carrots shredded

sit for a bit to allow the juices to cover all of the vegetables.
